DAY WISE TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1
Arrive Srinagar
Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, our representative will greet you and transfer you to your traditional Srinagar Houseboat or hotel. After check-in, enjoy a relaxing Shikara Boat Ride on the famous Dal Lake surrounded by beautiful mountain views and floating markets.
The peaceful atmosphere of Dal Lake offers the perfect start to your Kashmir trip. After the memorable tour, enjoy overnight stay at Houseboat/Hotels in Srinagar.
Day 2
A Day in Srinagar
After breakfast at the houseboat/hotels, enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Srinagar city. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens including Nishat Bagh, also known as the “Garden of Pleasure,” and Shalimar Bagh, the “Abode of Love.”
Drive along the beautiful Boulevard Road beside Dal Lake and explore local handicraft shops famous for Kashmiri carpets, shawls, and traditional jewellery. Later in the afternoon, visit the sacred Shankaracharya Temple situated on a hilltop offering panoramic views of Srinagar city. Overnight stay at the hotels in Srinagar.
Day 3
Srinagar –Sonamarg-Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, popularly known as the “Meadow of Gold.” Located at an altitude of around 9,000 feet, Sonamarg located at a distance of 84 kms from Srinagar is famous for its snow-covered mountains, lush valleys, and scenic landscapes.
The beautiful Sindh River flowing through the valley adds to the charm of the destination. Tourists can also enjoy pony rides to the famous Thajiwas Glacier, one of the top attractions in Sonamarg during summer.
In the evening, we drive back and return to Srinagar for overnight stay at hotel.
Day 4
Srinagar- Gulmarg – Srinagar
After breakfast, drive towards Gulmarg (53 kms), one of the most famous hill stations and ski destinations in India. Gulmarg, also known as the “Meadow of Flowers,” is located at an altitude of around 8,700 feet and is home to the world’s highest 18-hole golf course.
Enjoy breathtaking mountain views, lush meadows, and optional activities like the famous Gulmarg Gondola Cable Car Ride, which offers spectacular views of snow-covered peaks and Kongdori Valley.
In the evening, drive back to Srinagar. Overnight Stay at the Srinagar Hotel.
Day 5
Srinagar- Pahalgam- Srinagar
After breakfast, proceed for a day trip to Pahalgam, famously known as the “Valley of Shepherds.” Surrounded by pine forests and mountains, Pahalgam is one of the most scenic destinations in Kashmir.
Enjoy a peaceful walk along the banks of the beautiful Lidder River and explore attractions like Awantipura Ruins, Bat Factory, and Kashmir’s famous Saffron Fields. Visitors can also visit the picturesque Baisaran Valley, often called “Mini Switzerland,” either by horse ride or by walking.
Return to Srinagar in the evening for overnight stay at the Srinagar Hotel.
Day 6
Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport for your return journey.
